About Thinkn

Thinkn builds the technology that businesses and governments can't build themselves. It is an operating company that builds and operates technology businesses in joint venture with partners who know the market.

What Thinkn does

Thinkn builds and operates technology companies. The team is here. The platform is here. The engineering decisions are made here. Each business is built alongside a partner who brings what technology alone cannot:

  • Market access
  • Regulatory authority
  • Distribution
  • Capital

Thinkn builds. The partner makes it work.

How a Thinkn joint venture works

Every venture starts with a market that needs technology, a partner with the access to it, and a platform that holds together at scale.

  • Thinkn brings the team, the technology and the operating discipline.
  • The partner brings the network, the relationships and the path to market.
  • Equity, not invoices: both sides are owners.

Why Thinkn

  • Velocity. Thinkn takes national-scale systems from contract to live in months. In Zimbabwe, the national carbon registry was signed, built and launched by the President inside a year.
  • Ownership. Every Thinkn business is a joint venture. Thinkn holds equity, runs operations and shares in the outcome.
  • Depth. Thinkn employs the engineers, designers and operators behind every venture. Senior people lead every project. No outsourced delivery, no handoffs.
  • Network. Thinkn’s shareholders bring access to financial markets, government stakeholders and institutional capital across Africa, Asia and the Gulf.

What Thinkn has built

A6 Labs builds sovereign carbon market infrastructure that lets governments operate their own national carbon registries under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. With the government of Zimbabwe, A6 Labs launched the world’s first fully blockchain-integrated national carbon registry:

  • Over two million carbon credits issued and tracked on the blockchain
  • Twelve credit issuances completed on-chain
  • Credit value tripled after the registry launched
  • Launches across multiple African nations scheduled for 2026
